Went for a Birthday party here for karaoke and I had a blast. My server I don’t remember his name he is a tallish white guy with medium colored hair younger. He was AWESOME!

Great local hangout.
Great local hangout. The food is delicious. Most of the meats are smoked in house before cooked up and served. Great quality food and good selection of beers on tap as well as a fully stocked bar.
Great place for food and drink!
Great place for food and drink! They also have Off Track Betting and dozens of televisions to watch sporting events. The food is reasonably priced, the music is always great and the bartenders and waitresses are friendly and efficient! I take my wife out to lunch there a couple times a month and occasionally for dinner too.
Amazing Burgers
First time in and we were impressed by the food! Loralee ordered the melt burger and I went with the bbq burger. Both were amazing and come with two patties. We look forward to our next visit to try another of the daily specials, our first visit happened to be $3 off burgers Monday.

My husband and I have been coming to this location for over 15 years. While it was two other bars and grills previously THE BURG is by far the best. If you are looking to go in have some nice cocktails and GREAT food you found the place. Sit-Relax and chat with the regulars they are a fabulous group of people. If you’re looking to get WASTED and start problems please go elsewhere nobody has time for that! Thank you to all the staff (Tina, Gwen, RC, Erin, Liz, Marissa, Dominic and I know there are more I missed) you guys all rock.
Great Ribs & Fish Fry on Fridays!
Everything you would want in a sports bar! The place is like Padre Murphy’s East. Not just Burgers but great ribs and a Friday fish fry also.
They serve a very good and varied breakfast menu early and everything is under $10! All new TVs and many of them plus Off-Track betting for horses! Plenty of opportunities to pay for your food and beverages!
Cold Drinks and Beer
Nice people and super cold drinks/beer. Outside there is most flowing to keep you cool in this crazy Hot weather. Come on in out of the heat.
Clean Rooms
Lots of room, women’s bathroom is clean, outside dining, friendly crowd, great bartenders and good food!
Grilled wings, the best!

I found myself back in Phoenix
We were in Phoenix for a family event and had to kill a few hours before heading back to the airport. We stumbled upon The Burg, saw it had off-track betting and figured that could be fun.
They didn’t get to us for a bit, but they seemed a little short-staffed for the number of customers they had. It had started raining about an hour before showed up so maybe that changed their usual customer flow? At any rate, once we did get service, she was awesome.
They have happy hour prices in the afternoons so the five of us had drinks and snacks for around $50 – pretty amazing really. I couldn’t eat them (gluten) but my folks split the boneless buffalo wings and said they were great. I had some crazy blue cocktail with rum that was delightful. My brother played the horses a bit while we hung out.
If I found myself back in PHX on this side of town, I’d definitely visit again.

Our server was great! Even though the restaurant wasn’t busy, the wait for our food was longer than expected. There were 5 of us. Everyone enjoyed their meal, including me, but my pulled pork sandwich wasn’t “pulled”. It wasn’t chopped, either. It was more like chunks. The meat was very tasty and I liked the bbq sauce, too. It was just different. I enjoyed the fries, too. Not too thick, like steak fries. The right amount of crispness.
Since this is a weekly group outing to different area restaurants, I’m sure someone will choose The Burg again.

Nice local watering hole
We moved to PHX recently and like the Burg Sports Grill. It’s a nice little local watering hole with pretty good food and service.

Our waitress, Alisabeth’s, suggestion for “garlic parmesean + garlic hot” hot wings was amazing. My new favorite. Burgers are fresh and onion rings are crunchy. Atmosphere is chill and it’s surprisingly large capacity inside. Could be my new hangout. Love the ribs! All of the food here is great. Still one of my favorite places.
Good Daily Specials
They have good daily specials like Tuesdays and I think they have a wing Wednesday as well. Good prices cool atmosphere. For the most part it’s quite and slow unless it’s sports season, they have a pool table and dart board and they do betting as well. Hang out at the bar or piss away your wages at the tracks, this is a cool place to do it in.
Drinks are refreshing!
Went to this bar with my girlfriend in the middle of a baseball game(go diamondbacks.) Food was delicious, drinks was refreshing, service was great! Absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone!
